These Terms govern your access to and use of LYNX software and services provided by BreaktroughF1 LLP.
1. Definitions
"Software"
Means the LYNX desktop application, embedded firmware, dashboard, and all associated documentation.
"You" or "Customer"
Means the individual or organisation that installs or uses the Software.
2. Licence Grant & Restrictions
2.1 Scope
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software solely for your internal network security monitoring purposes.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or sublicense the Software. You may not use the Software to monitor individuals without proper legal authority.
3. Intellectual Property
LYNX, including its ML models, lock-free ring buffer design, and 12-layer detection pipeline, is the proprietary intellectual property of BreaktroughF1 LLP. The LYNX name and logo are trademarks of BreaktroughF1 LLP.
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@breaktroughf1.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. BREAKTROUGHF1 LLP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL DETECT ALL THREATS OR BE ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL BREAKTROUGHF1 LLP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
7. General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.
