This EULA is a binding legal agreement between you and BreaktroughF1 LLP governing the installation and use of LYNX software.

Licence

BreaktroughF1 LLP grants you a licence to install and use the Software under the following conditions:

Limited — only for uses explicitly permitted by this agreement.
Non-exclusive — BreaktroughF1 LLP may license the Software to others.
Non-transferable — you may not sub-licence, sell, or assign this licence.
Internal use only — solely for your organisation's internal network security monitoring.

Installation and Copies

You may install the Software on multiple devices within your organisation and make one backup copy for archival purposes. You may not install the Software on devices you do not own or administer.

Proprietary Rights

The Software contains proprietary technology including the 12-layer detection pipeline, lock-free SPSC ring buffer, and federated learning client. You are licensing, not purchasing, the Software. No title or ownership is transferred to you.

Third-Party Components

The Software incorporates open-source components. Copies of applicable licences are provided in the /licenses directory.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is." BreaktroughF1 LLP expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
